This page explains what information Belvi collects when you visit an agent's page or fill out a form, and what happens to it after that.
Contact details you give us: your name, email, and phone number.
If you use the "Find me a place" screening form: your target rent, income range, cash on hand, credit range, eviction history, landlord debt, landlord contact information, housing voucher status, guarantor information, household size, pets, and any notes you add.
Basic technical information about your visit, such as which pages you looked at — only if you accept the cookie banner. See Cookies below.
To answer your inquiry and connect you with the agent whose page you were on.
Screening answers help that agent see whether a rental is a realistic fit before scheduling showings.
Every submission you make — including screening answers — is stored in Belvi's own database, in a private Google Sheet the brokerage uses for recordkeeping, and in Follow Up Boss, the CRM the agent's brokerage uses to manage clients. All three copies are created at the moment you submit the form.
We never sell your information, and we never send it to any advertising network or third-party AI system.
Screening answers — income, cash, credit, eviction, landlord debt, landlord contact, voucher status, guarantor, household, pets, and notes — are automatically deleted from Belvi's own database 90 days after you submit them.
Your basic contact details and what you were asking about are kept as part of the agent's client records, the same way a brokerage keeps records from a phone call or an open house sign-in sheet.
The 90-day removal only reaches Belvi's own database. Copies already sent to the Google Sheet or Follow Up Boss before that removal are not retroactively deleted from those systems.
